Wagyu beef has been growing in popularity in the US. However, it’s no secret that the Wagyu industry is still in its infancy when it comes to raising and breeding cattle.

This is where we come in. Wagyu Evolution has set the pace for the industry, becoming the leading provider of elite wagyu genetics in the United States.


Our story started 6 years ago. We searched for the most elite Wagyu genetics to bring into our herd. We didn’t take shortcuts. We didn’t settle for anything less than the best. Our hard work has paid off but it was far from easy.


Throughout time we procured the most coveted bloodlines from Japan. We were relentless in our pursuit of the perfect Wagyu herd. Some would say we’re obsessed. We like to think of it as passionate.


Today, our pursuit has led us to having one of the most coveted Wagyu herds in North America.


Our genetics have produced offspring that have gone on to win numerous awards and accolades.


But how did we perfect our herd? Grit & Technology.

Our cattle

Our Wagyu herd is comprised of some of the finest genetics in the world. We have fullblood cattle that are certified by the American Wagyu Association and Australian Wagyu Association AWA. All our cattle can be traced back to their Japanese ancestors.

This, alongside our technology-enabled breeding and management practices, has allowed us to produce some of the most exclusive Wagyu genetics available in the United States.
